Renowned film star Resham and singer Nimra Mehra visited Sundas Foundation where they met children suffering from thalassemia and hemophilia, distributed gifts and praised the foundation’s healthcare services. They lauded the staff’s dedication and urged the public to support the foundation’s humanitarian mission.
Lahore: Pakistan’s renowned film star Resham and popular singer Nimra Mehra visited Sundas Foundation, where they spent time with children suffering from thalassemia, hemophilia and other blood disorders. The guests distributed gifts among the children and reviewed the foundation’s medical facilities.
The visitors were warmly welcomed by Finance Director Ali Rauf, the management team of Sundas Foundation and media students from Punjab University. Director Khalid Abbas Dar was also present on the occasion.
Dr. Farhan briefed the guests about the foundation’s medical services, advanced treatment procedures, modern equipment and an efficient blood management system. He highlighted that Sundas Foundation provides free blood transfusions and treatment to thousands of patients every month, ensuring international standards of healthcare.
He further shared that the foundation is working on genetic screening and research-based programs aimed at the early diagnosis and prevention of hereditary blood diseases.
Expressing her feelings singer Nimra Mehra said that Sundas Foundation is truly serving humanity. “Seeing the smiles on these children’s faces fills my heart with joy,” she said, urging the public to donate generously to support the foundation’s mission of providing better lives for these children.
