CM Balochistan and Sundas Foundation Director Discuss Healthcare Expansion

QUETTA: QUETTA: Air Vice Marshal (Retd.) Aftab Hussain, Director of Sundas Foundation, met with Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti to discuss the expansion of healthcare services in the province. The meeting, held at the Chief Minister’s office, focused on establishing a Sundas Foundation Center in Quetta to provide free treatment for patients suffering from Thalassemia, Hemophilia, and other blood disorders, particularly in underprivileged areas.


Chief Minister Bugti commended the Sundas Foundation for its humanitarian efforts and unwavering commitment to treating patients with blood diseases. He assured full government support in facilitating the foundation’s expansion and ensuring access to quality medical care for the people of Balochistan.


Both parties underscored the importance of collaboration between the government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to enhance healthcare accessibility. They also discussed the launch of new health initiatives aimed at strengthening the province’s medical infrastructure and patient care services.


This initiative marks a major step toward improving healthcare in Balochistan, as Sundas Foundation takes concrete measures to establish centers across the province, ensuring free treatment for deserving patients.
