Lahore: In a significant move towards expanding healthcare services for Thalassemia and Hemophilia patients, Secretary Health Balochistan, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Panizai, visited Sundas Foundation Lahore. During his visit, he conducted a comprehensive inspection of various departments and personally interacted with children receiving life-saving treatment for blood disorders.


A key highlight of the discussion was the establishment of a Sundas Foundation Center in Quetta, aimed at providing free and quality medical care to patients in Balochistan. Both parties deliberated on the necessary steps to set up the center, ensuring that children battling Thalassemia, Hemophilia, and other blood disorders have access to essential healthcare services closer to home.


Upon his arrival, Secretary Health was warmly received by Sundas Foundation Director Khalid Abbas Dar, who provided an in-depth briefing on the foundation’s extensive services and achievements. Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Panizai lauded Sundas Foundation’s relentless efforts in offering free blood transfusions, medical care, and continuous support to patients. He praised the organization as a model of social welfare and assured full government cooperation for the successful establishment of the Balochistan center.


The visit was attended by Sundas Foundation’s Director of Finance Ali Rauf, Medical Director Dr. Adnan Gilani, and Manager of Marketing Communication, PR, and Media Imran Mehar, along with a team of dedicated doctors and healthcare professionals.
