Muhammad Yaseen Khan was awarded the Sitara-e-Imtiaz, Pakistan's third-highest civilian honour, by the President of Pakistan — recognising forty years of continuous humanitarian service to children and patients suffering from Thalassemia, Hemophilia and other life-threatening blood disorders.

1998
Sundas Foundation was founded in Lahore by Muhammad Yaseen Khan and Munnoo Bhai (Late) with the mission to provide free life-saving care and treatment to patients suffering from Thalassemia, Hemophilia and other blood disorders.
2005
During the devastating earthquake in Pakistan, Sundas Foundation stepped forward to provide critical relief and rehabilitation to survivors and gained nationwide recognition.
2010
During the severe dengue outbreak in Punjab, Sundas Foundation arranged patient care support centers, regular blood supply and awareness campaigns across the province.
2015
Sundas Foundation was awarded by the Chief Minister of Punjab for its excellent and free life-saving care and treatment services to underprivileged patients.
2018
The Thalassemia International Federation recognized and praised the Sundas Foundation for providing outstanding free healthcare services across South Asia.
2019
Sundas Foundation expanded its reach nationwide by establishing 12 fully operational and well-equipped healthcare centers in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Faisalabad and beyond.
2020
Sundas Foundation was recognized by the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) for providing nonstop patient care services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
2026
